Middle School Training

Our Middle School Class is designed for kids in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade with a wide range of athletic ability. Kids who have never played sports, kids who are trying to improve performance on the field or court, and everyone in between will benefit from these workouts.

Each class, we on developing power, agility, speed, strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, coordination, footwork and stability in a fun and challenging environment.
