KP 6 Week Challenge

The KP six week challenge is a great way to get a jump start on reaching your fitness goals!

During this challenge, members can expect to go through an internal and external challenge with their body.  We are going to push you to become the best version of yourself. 

How do you get started?  

Set up a meeting with a KP staff member who will help determine what program works best for you which may include Personal Training, Crossfit or Functional Fitness classes.  After the selection, we’ll discuss nutritional needs and provide you with recommendations to fit your goals and lifestyle. 

Then you’ll select your start date!  

Every challenge starts on a Monday and we expect to train you at least 3 times per week.   Plus, every two weeks you will have a brief check-in meeting with us.   This will help to keep your on your path to success with fitness and nutrition.    This is to ensure you continue to make progress towards your goals.
