GETTING STARTED WITH CROSSFIT

 

CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movement at a high intensity. This means that in our classes you will be asked to push, pull, run, jump, climb, row, and more, Components of each class may include strength training, olympic lifting, gymnastic based movements, and workouts that will test your endurance.

Classes are conducted in a group setting and movements can be modified for each individual based on ability.
