GETTING STARTED AT KP

 

Katzenmoyer Performance offers three (3) different types of training to help you reach your fitness goals.

 

Personal Training: Individual, Partner or Athlete

Our personal training option is suited best for those that want a program that is created to address their specific needs and goals. Sessions are either 30 minutes or an hour. Scheduling these sessions is based on what you and the coach decide.

Functional Fitness: Adult, High School or Middle School

Our Functional Fitness option is suited best for individuals that are looking for a great workout but like a small group training setting. Workouts are designed to help anyone become more functionally fit. We offer class times in the morning, mid day and evenings along with weekends.

CrossFit:

Our CrossFit option is best suited for those individuals that like a larger group setting. CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity. You will perform Olympic lifting, Strength Training, Gymnastic and Monostructural movements. We offer class times in the morning, mid day and evenings along with weekends.
