At KP, we are passionate about providing fitness and nutritional training for our community. Training has been life changing for us and as a result, we decided to create what you see today: a facility dedicated to its community, professional coaching, intense workouts and a fun atmosphere.
Strength Training is a benefit to everyone regardless of fitness level. It works for our friends who want to lose weight or tone up, children who need fun and rewarding exercise in their daily routine, young adults who are looking to increase their durability and performance, and professional athletes who need to break through their plateau.
We specialize in coaching groups and individuals. Workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, and running) executed at a high level of intensity – scaled for any fitness level. We are excited and eager to share the knowledge and experience with family, friends and our community.
